Red Barn Pet Products debuts protein-packed treats

Redbarn Pet Products is giving pet parents a new way to treat their four-legged family members.

New to the Long Beach, Calif.-based company’s portfolio are Meat Cuts. Made with real and high-quality beef or chicken, the protein-based treats are naturally preserved and do not contain grains, added fillers or artificial ingredients, the brand said.

“At Redbarn, our goal is to provide healthy, wholesome pet food and treats that reflect what pet owner's really care about,” Jeff Baikie, co-founder said. “Today's pet parents desire simple recipes and high-protein options, and our team is proud to deliver that through our beef cuts and chicken cuts.”

Created by using a slow-roasting process that helps maintain the nutritional value of meat, the snacks contain a texture similar to that of freeze-dried products, the company said.
