    ENGLEWOOD, Colo. - Western Union on Tuesday announced the renewal of its relationship with Rite Aid.

    Consumers at Rite Aid locations will continue to have the ability to send and receive Western Union Money Transfer transactions across the United States or across the globe to more than 200 countries and territories, in minutes.

    WASHINGTON - Beginning July 18, pharmacies will be required to abide by rules that regulate discriminatory behavior and practices, such as refusing to provide adequate language assistance services to customers with limited English proficiency or refusing to dispense medications for gender transitions.

  • Fred’s provided more than 100K screening touch points in Q1

    MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Fred’s Pharmacy on Thursday announced that from February to April this year, the company provided more than 100,000 preventative screening touch points to its patients. These touch points included more than 60,000 kits to screen for colorectal cancer, almost 37,000 blood pressure screenings and almost 800 flu shots.

    ARLINGTON, Va. – The National Association of Chain Drug Stores, in partnership with the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, on Thursday announced plans for a national tour this fall to advance the Test2Learn Community-Based Pharmacogenomics Certificate Program.
