Roar Organic has revamped the recipe for its line of beverages.

The company announced that its drinks are now infused with such vitamins B5, B12, C, A and E, as well as electrolytes from coconut water.

In addition, the Bethlehem, Pa.-based company decided to make its packaging more sustainable by using fully recyclable materials across all components, including the bottle, cap and label.

“Since its inception, Roar Organic beverages have been a low calorie, low sugar hydration option, but what we learned last year was that consumers were looking for the ‘whole package’ - everything they need in one bottle,” Alex Galindez, Roar’s chief executive officer said. “So, we took that insight one step further and formulated our beverages to include 100% of consumers’ daily value of vitamins and antioxidants while still maintaining Roar’s 20 calories and two to three grams of sugar per bottle.”

Available in four varieties — cucumber watermelon, mango clementine, Georgia peach and blueberry acai — the revamped beverages are now available at such retailers as Wegmans, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Safeway, Albertsons and select Rite Aid and Duane Reade stores.
