Sabra adds Mexican street corn twist to guacamole

Sabra is putting a new twist on its traditional guacamole.

Inspired by Mexican street corn, known as Elote, the company is unveiling its version of the food.

Mexican Street Corn Inspired Guacamole contains sweet corn, lime, chipotle and Hass avocados.

“Dip it, spread it, spoon it, enjoy it with anything and everything you love to eat,” Caitlin Mahler, brand manager at Sabra said. “We’re thrilled to bring this refreshing flavor to the table for fans of Mexican street corn and guacamole. Whether celebrating a special occasion with friends and family or spreading something delicious for yourself, we can't wait to see what consumers create and enjoy with our Mexican Street Corn Inspired Guacamole!”

Each batch of the brand’s guacamole, which is hand-scooped in Mexico, is vegan, gluten-free, kosher and non-GMO, the company said.

Sabra’s Mexican Street Corn Inspired Guacamole is available in a 16-oz. resealable package at retailers nationwide. It will be in Walmart stores and online beginning May 10.
