Target enters home organization category with Brightroom

Target unveiled its first home organization-owned brand, Brightroom, which offers well designed and affordable solutions, the company said.

For consumers looking to keep their home space a little less cluttered, Target could have the products they are searching for with its newest owned brand.

Brightroom is the retailer’s first dedicated storage and home organization-owned brand that offers consumers well designed and affordable solutions that help keep homes both on trend and organized, the company said.

“We know the new year brings opportunities for new beginnings, including an eagerness to organize our homes for the year ahead. To help our guests do just that, we’re excited to introduce Brightroom, Target’s first dedicated storage and home organization owned brand,” Samara Tuchband, senior vice president of merchandising, home said. “Brightroom is all about helping guests easily organize their homes with hundreds of well-designed and functional pieces — all at an incredible value.”

Some products that the brand will carry include clear plastic bins that are idea for the fridge and pantry, utility carts in a variety of colors and sizes and pegboards for additional storage in tight spaces.

Materials that Brighroom uses for its products range from breathable mesh for vegetable pantry storage, to wood, natural wovens for added textures and plastics that can be folded and tucked away when not in use, the company said.

Prices for the items begin at $1 and most are under $25 exclusively at Target stores and online at Target.com.
