Taste Beauty debuts Defendr+ hand sanitizer
Taste Beauty is taking a hand at creating hand sanitizers.
New from the brand is Defendr+, a line of FDA-approved hand sanitizers that provide protection against germs.
Free of harsh chemicals, the sanitizer is scent-free, and contains a moisturizing formula that includes such ingredients as 70% ethyl alcohol, the company said.
“Defendr+ is the most ambitious launch for Taste Beauty’s Taste Labs division, and we couldn't be more excited to bring this brand to market,” Alex Fogelson, co-founder and CEO of Taste Beauty said. “Defendr+ is positioned to become a household name synonymous with keeping families safe, protected and secure — meeting the moment of our current world.”
In addition to making its formal launch, Defendr+ is giving back to the New York Community by contributing to the Robin Hood COVID-19 Relief Fund. Products also will be donated to the FDNY, the company said.
Available in various sizes that include 16-oz., 8-oz., 2-oz., and 1-fl-oz. bottles, Defendr+ is available for purchase at physical and digital Target stores.
