Thrifty White Pharmacy receives URAC specialty pharmacy reaccreditation
Thrifty White Pharmacy, an employee-owned retail, long-term care and specialty pharmacy announced that its specialty pharmacy has been reaccredited under URAC’s Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation 4.0 standards.
By achieving this status, Thrifty White has demonstrated a comprehensive commitment to quality care, improved processes and better patient outcomes, according to the pharmacy.

For more than 10 years, Thrifty White has put a focus on expanding its specialty pharmacy solutions, creating a model leveraging centralized specialty expertise, including programs run by certified specialty pharmacists, as well as trusted community pharmacy locations. This ability to offer face-to-face pharmacist interaction has been proven to increase adherence and persistency, ultimately leading to better therapy outcomes.
