With warmer weather just a few months away, Alden’s Organic is looking to get consumers ready for ice cream season.

The Eugene, Ore.-based company is launching three new flavors and debuting two new 14-oz. pints as well as a 48-oz. sqround.

 “Consumers are looking for flavor variety in a personal indulgence size that allows them to try several at a time. We are responding to consumer demand for this line by expanding it,” president and CEO, Eric Eddings said.

New additions to the brand’s portfolio include:

  • Ooey Gooey Brownie, which has chocolate ice cream, brownies and fudge;
  • Peachy Keen Twist, which features peach and sweet cream ice cream that’s swirled with blackberries; and
  • Old Fashioned Vanilla, which is a new spin on the classic vanilla flavor.

The ooey gooey brownie and peachy keen twist offerings will retail from $5.49 to $5.99, while the old fashioned vanilla will retail from $7.99 to $8.49.

“Peach has proven to be popular year-round and our fans have been asking for a brownie flavor for years. We are proud to go all-in on these new products that deliver a delicious true-to-flavor taste that Alden’s Organic is known for,” Eddings said.

Each of the brand’s new offerings can currently be found at NCG, New Seasons, Market of Choice, select natural grocers and PCC. It will launch at additional retailers in the coming months.

“Consumers are passionate about vanilla and our vanilla bean and French vanilla are top sellers. Our new old fashioned vanilla will provide a third classic option that is crafted for everything from ice cream recipes to milkshakes,” Eddings said.
