Alembic launches desonide cream
Alembic’s desonide cream 0.05% is indicated for the relief of inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatosis.
Alembic Pharmaceuticals has debuted a brand new generic product — desonide cream 0.05%.
The product is the bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent of desonide cream 0.05% of Padagis US, the company said.

This low-potency corticosteroid is indicated for the relief of inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatosis.
Alembic will offer desonide cream 0.05% in 15 gm and 60 gm tubes.
