No longer 'NBTY,' Nature's Bounty adopts new namesake


RONKONKOMA, N.Y. - NBTY is now Nature's Bounty. On Monday the international health and wellness company transformed its corporate identity to better reflect its commitment to global wellness, the company announced.

"As a wellness company, we are committed to providing people with thousands of high quality products that help to complement their lifestyles and their physical health," stated Steve Cahillane, president and CEO of The Nature's Bounty Co." As a name, The Nature's Bounty Co. more accurately reflects the commitment we have to supporting wellness by leveraging science and nature."

The Nature's Bounty Co. includes three key businesses: Consumer Products Group, Holland & Barrett International and Puritan's Pride, delivering more than 16,000 high quality vitamin, supplement, sports & active nutrition and ethical beauty products around the world.
