Own Beauty launches all natural, eco-friendly products
For those who are on the search for beauty products that are full of botanicals, vegan and cruelty-free — a new brand, Own Beauty may be on their radar.
The line, which is the sister brand of Every Man Jack, is unveiling its new collection of products that do not contain added fragrances, aluminum, phthalates, dyes or parabens.
Own Beauty’s first two launches — body wash and deodorant — are packaged in bottles that are made with at least 50% post-consumer recycled plastics, and are made with aromatic ingredients that are derived from plants, the company said.
The body wash contains jojoba to remove dead skin cells, glycerin and coconut oil to hydrate skin and is available in the lavender + vanilla, green tea + cucumber, coconut + mango and citrus + sage varieties.
The brand's deodorant is coconut based, eliminates odor, provides long-lasting protection, does not contain aluminum, features arrowroot powder to absorb moisture and sweat, shea butter to soothe sensitive skin and is available in the lavender + vanilla, green tea + cucumber, coconut + mango and citrus + sage scents.
