Summer's Eve preps for summer with new innovations
Summer’s Eve is preparing users for summer by introducing new innovations.
The Tarrytown, N.Y.-based company announced that it would be adding to its botanical, free-form line and unveiling a new scent that’s inspired by nature. In addition, the company also is adding to its available products at Target by unveiling a new feminine and fruity scent.
Three new launches from the brand include:
“After testing a variety of fragrances for our most recent launches with our loyal consumers, we noticed a growing trend with millennials being attracted to scents that are inspired by nature and essential oils,” Isabel Ryan, Summer's Eve fragrance development expert, said. “Through our testing, Lavender + Chamomile rose to the top of the list as a favorite because it was recognizable and offered olfactory delights like a conjured sense of calming and soothing of the body and mind. The red fruit and berry notes found in Blissful Escape signaled freshness and added vibrancy and a playful personality to the fragrance. Both sensations from the new scents were supremely important to our target demographic.”
During the summer, each of the new products will be sampled across the United States in subscription beauty boxes, and through line expansions with influencer programs and online advertising.
Summer’s Eve cleansing wash and gentle foaming wash carry a suggested retail price of $4.98 each, and the cleansing cloths retail for $2.98. The Blissful Escape line, which is exclusive to Target, will have its cleansing wash retailing for $4.29 and cleansing cloths for $1.99.

- The Summer’s Eve Blissful Escape, which offers a liquid cleansing wash and individually-wrapped cleansing cloths in a fruity scent.
