AUCKLAND, New Zealand — Natural skin care company Trilogy is expanding its offerings. The company recently introduced the Trilogy Body Care line of products.
The three-product line includes Trilogy pure plant body oil, exfoliating body balm and botanical body wash. The body oil contains rosehip oil for repairing and hydration, as well as sweet almond oil for stabilizing skin pH and apricot oil for soothing inflammation. The company said it works well to improve stretch marks and scarring.
The body balm contains ground rosehip seed powder as an exfoliant and alternative to plastic microbeads, making use of a byproduct of seeds leftover from the oil extraction product. It also contains rosehip and sweet almond oil, as well as beeswax. Trilogy’s botanical body wash contains a combination of rosehip, kawakawa (a New Zealand-native pepper tree), antioxidant-rich amla fruit. It also contains French lavender oil, cucumber and chamomile.
The products contain a recommended retail price of $28 for the body oil and body wash, and $30 for the body balm.
