Blake’s Hard Cider blends cranberry, ginger flavors together
Blake’s Hard Cider is channeling cool-weather flavors with a new limited-edition blend.
New from the Armada, Mich.-based craft cidery is Berry Cranders.
The semi-sweet hard cider, which features notes of sweet apples, cranberry, a hint of ginger and spices, also contains a 6,9% ABV, the company said.
“At Blake’s, we live by the motto that making memories is always in season and we extend that to all our hard ciders too. If nothing else, 2020 has certainly been a memorable year and 2021 will mark 75 years my family has been in the farm and apple business,” Andrew Blake, founder and owner of Blake’s Hard Cider said. “We are always working to innovate in the distillery and this year, as many of us were missing our loved ones, we had a special focus on creating a hard cider that would capture the flavors of the holidays and being together — cranberry and ginger. We hope our BHC fans love it as much as we do.”
Like other Blake’s Hard Cider beverages, Berry Cranders is all-natural, gluten-free and made from a blend of five fresh-pressed Michigan apples that have been harvested without artificial flavorings or sweeteners, the company said.
Berry Cranders is available in a pack of six 12-oz. cans across the company’s 19 state footprint at major independent stores and grocery chains.
