Margaret Holmes Peanut Patch debuts BBQ flavor

EFFINGHAM, S.C. — A line of canned boiled peanuts has added a new product to its lineup.

Margaret Holmes Peanut Patch said its barbecue-flavored boiled peanuts are available in a 27-oz. can and join the brand's lineup of original and cajun flavors.

"We are excited to unveil our new BBQ flavored boiled peanuts," said Woody Swink, director of regional sales for Peanut Patch. "Our special marinade of a secret recipe barbeque sauce gives these peanuts a rich and robust flavor. We think everyone will enjoy them while tailgating, grilling out, or simply as an afternoon snack."
