    CINCINNATI Procter & Gamble has implemented a succession of sustainability efforts, and on Monday that commitment continued with the announcement of a new long-term sustainability vision and a set of 10-year goals.

    MONTREAL Mega Bloks has earned a spot on this year's Holiday Hot Toy List from Toys "R" Us for its Thomas' Mountain Adventure product.

    Part of its Thomas & Friends product line, the Thomas' Mountain Adventure is a buildable playset with which users can construct their own Sodor Island, where Thomas the train works to get passengers and supplies to their final destinations. 

  • Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet introduces CalciOs

    VIENNA, Va. Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet has expanded its offerings to include calcium-fortified cookies designed to treat occasional heartburn.

    CalciOs cookies are vanilla-flavored cookies, each one providing 30% of the daily value of dietary calcium, Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet said. The cookies contain calcium carbonate, designed to treat heartburn relief. CalciOs also are free of artificial colors and preservatives.

  • Kmart unveils top toy picks for 2010 holiday season

    HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. — Kmart tapped "Modern Family" star Rico Rodriguez to unveil the retailer's Fab 15 toy list for the upcoming holiday season.

    As Kmart's "fun ambassador," Rodriguez, who plays Manny on the hit ABC show, revealed the list in New York's Times Square on Friday. Must-have toys featured on the list this year include Paper Jamz guitars, Hot Wheels R/C stealth rides, Loopz and more.

  • Jack Link's beef jerky introduces limited-edition packaging

    MINONG, Wis. Jack Link's beef jerky is celebrating hunting season with limited-edition packaging for its products.

    Jack Link's 2-oz. original and teriyaki beef varieties will feature Realtree Camo patterns and a blaze-orange color.

    The new packaging hit retail in August and will remain in stores through December.

  • Kraft introduces Athenos Greek yogurt

    NORTHFIELD, Ill. Jumping on the bandwagon and responding to consumer demand, Kraft Foods has created its own Greek yogurt line.

    Kraft's Athenos Greek yogurt line is available in tubs and in fat-free varieties. Cited as a "good-for-you" snack, Greek yogurt product offerings have expanded. Late last month, Yoplait introduced its own line of Greek yogurt.

    The snack-size containers of Athenos Greek yogurt will retail for $1.50, while the pounds of plain yogurt are $3.99.
