With summer just a few weeks away, Cetaphil is emphasizing the importance of sun safety.
To do that, the beauty brand is entering the sun care category with its new Sheer Mineral Sunscreen collection.
Consisting of four products, the line features four 100% mineral sunscreens with microbiome gentle formulas, as well as vitamin E to provide broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays, the company said.
Designed for sensitive skin, the line also is reef-safe and includes an SPF 30 and SPF 50 lotion, SPF 50 liquid face sunscreen and SPF 50 stick sunscreen.
In addition to rolling out this new collection, Cetaphil also is launching a digital campaign that looks to educate the public about sun safety in order to help prevent skin cancer.
Running throughout the month of May, the campaign will feature Cetaphil’s dermatologist ambassadors who will be maximizing awareness of the symptoms, causes and prevention of skin cancer through various efforts across Instagram and TikTok, as well as other media platforms.
