Chips Ahoy! cookies are about to get a whole lot sweeter by partnering with Reese’s and Hershey’s on two new cookie mashups — Chips Ahoy! made with chunks of Hershey’s Milk Chocolate and Chips Ahoy! made with mini Reese’s Pieces candies.

In addition to the two new launches, the brand also is bringing back its spokes-cookie, Chip. The animated optimist will appear in TV and digital advertising to help spread the word about the new cookies after disappearing for six years.

The Chips Ahoy! made with mini Reese’s Pieces merges together the crunch of the cookie with peanut butter, while the Chips Ahoy! made with Hershey’s Milk Chocolate adds a milk chocolate taste to the cookie, the company said.

“Without a doubt, America's favorite chocolate chip cookie is happier together with Hershey's Milk Chocolate and mini Reese's Pieces,” Sabrina Sierant, associate director of Chips Ahoy! at Mondelēz, said. “With Chips Ahoy!, we're always looking for new delicious flavors to bring to life in a chocolate chip cookie that will provide consumers with the variety they crave in their sweet snacks.”

Chips Ahoy! made with Hershey’s Milk Chocolate and Chips Ahoy! made with mini Reese’s Pieces retail for $2.95 each at retailers nationwide.
