Core Power sweetens up its Elite protein shake offerings

There’s a new addition to Core Power’s Elite protein shake line.

Strawberry is the latest flavor joining the Core Power Elite line, which already includes chocolate and vanilla.

Designed for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, Core Power Elite shakes deliver 42 g of protein per 14-oz. bottle, contain 230 calories and also contain 9 amino acids and 7 to 8 g of sugar.

Made with milk from real cows that has been filtered using fairlife’s patented cold-filtration system, it concentrates the protein and some of the electrolytes found in the milk, which naturally contains whey and casein proteins, the Chicago-based company said.

Ultra-pasteurized for long shelf life, Core Power Elite protein shakes — including the new strawberry flavor — are free of lactose and gluten, and made without the use of artificial growth hormones.

Available in single-serve bottles as well as packs of 12, shoppers can find the brand’s offering at Amazon.com and Walmart.com.
