CosPro Marketing rolls out retail-focused services

CosPro Marketing is looking to help vendors and retailers when it comes to increasing their store traffic, digital sales and customer interaction.

To do that, the organization is rolling out its new Thank You program, which is a sampling program that allows vendors to send their samples to the organization. From there, CosPro Marketing will collate them into a gift bag that contains a chain-branded card.

In addition, the company is also expanding the integration of user-generated content for both retailers and vendors. To do this, such measures as having QR codes adhered to samples will take customers directly to the retailer’s website to see the product that was trialed.

“Our company has always been about consumer interaction,” CosPro marketing founder and CEO Joann Marks. “All of our programs are about making customers aware of the brands or the retailer we’re promoting — either establishing a new relationship or refreshing and building on an existing relationship. We are pivoting like retailers to provide new programs that match the unexpected times we are currently in.”
