Dave’s Killer Bread intros Amped-Up Organic Protein Bars
Dave’s Killer Bread is rolling out a new snack product that features whole grain new nutrition.
The Amped-Up Organic Protein Bars contain plant-based protein and ingredients such as rolled oats, chia seeds and quinoa.
"Our new Amped-Up Organic Protein Bars were created to offer a delicious and nutritious solution to help our BreadHeads amplify their day," said Jillian Cohn, director of brand management for Dave’s Killer Bread. "Packed with plant-based organic hemp, pea and rice proteins, these bars are ideal for those looking for a high-quality snack that doesn't compromise on taste or texture. They're a great way to turn 'I’ll get to it later' into 'I’m doing it now.'"

Available in three flavors, consumers can choose from:
- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk: Made with organic peanut butter, chocolate chunks and sunflower kernels, each bar contains 4 g of fiber, 7 g of whole grains and 10 g of protein;
- Double Chocolate Coconut: Featuring two types of organic chocolate, coconut and dry roasted almonds, each bar contains 5 g of fiber, 6 g of whole grains and 10 g of protein; and
- Blueberry Almond Butter: Made with organic blueberries, almond butter and sunflower kernels, the bars contain 4 g of fiber, 8 g of whole grains and 10 g of protein.
Like all Dave’s Killer Bread products, the new bars are Certified USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, and free from artificial ingredients, preservatives, colors, flavors, high fructose corn syrup and bleached flour, the company shared.
Consumers can find the Amped-Up Organic Protein Bars in 4-count packages that retail for $8.79 and single-serve bars for $2.49 at grocery stores, mass retailers, convenience stores and Amazon.
