Enlightened debuts frozen fruit bars

Enlightened is expanding its line of ice cream and frozen desserts.

A new addition to the brand is its Fruit Infusions, a line of frozen fruit bars.

Infused with adaptogens and just 3 g to 5 g of sugar, each frozen fruit bar is naturally sweetened with simple ingredients, the company said.

Fruit Infusions flavors include:

• Watermelon + Soothe, which is infused with turmeric, black pepper and rosemary — ingredients known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties;
• Strawberry + Chill, which contains lavender, chamomile and lemon balm herbs known for their ability to provide relaxation, as well as relieve stress;
• Pineapple + Renew, which has dandelion root, turmeric and ginger root, looks to support healthy digestive systems; and
• Coconut + Immunity, which is infused with elderberry, hibiscus and aloe plants — all known for their ability to promote immune health.
