After announcing plans to increase its ownership in beauty company Deciem, Estée Lauder is sharing even more news regarding this transaction.

Aside from now completing the first phase of its ownership increment, which saw its ownership expand from 29% to 76%, the company shared that it would purchase the remaining interests in Deciem after a three-year period.

The price will be determined based on the future performance of Deciem and its brands, the company said.

Brands that are part of the Deciem family include the widely popular The Ordinary brand and Abnomaly, HIF, Hylamide, NIOD and The Chemistry Brand.
