General Mills previews 2024 snack bar launches

In 2024, General Mills is planning an expansion of its current snack bar line with new launches across several of its popular brands. 

Nature Valley and Cocoa Puffs are kicking off the new year with snacking options that contain protein, channel the flavors of a muffin and feature savory notes.

The new launches will include: 

• Nature Valley Protein Smoothie Bar — Berry Blend: Made from such classic smoothie ingredients as yogurt and dried fruit, it also contains oats and nuts that are dipped in yogurt and boast 10 g of protein per serving; 
• Nature Valley Double Chocolate Chip Soft-Baked Muffin Bars: Containing 8 g of whole grain per serving, the bars are ideal for those who enjoy chocolate; 
• Nature Valley Savory Nut Crunch — The Smoky BBQ and Everything Bagel flavors are expanding their distribution to convenience stores in the new year; 
• Soft Baked Oat Bars: A new cocoa puffs flavor is joining the family, which contains whole grain oats and wheat, as well as chocolate.

Consumers will be able to find the new launches and products with expanded distribution wherever the brand’s snacks are sold.
