Kashi sweetens up breakfast with maple waffle cereal
Kashi is adding a hint of goodness and sweetness to the most important meal of the day.

New from the Solana Beach, Calif.-based company is the Maple Waffle Crisp cereal, which contains plant-based ingredients with a hint of sweetness.
The bite-size cereal, which contains fiber and grains, features a hint of maple syrup, notes of warm cinnamon and chickpeas, the company said.

“Eating well should be easy for the whole family. That’s why Kashi continues to create delectable flavors that bring joy to the bowl for both parents and kids, like Maple Waffle Crisp Cereal,” Melanie Hall, director of brand marketing at Kashi said. “It’s delicious on its own, mixed with other Kashi cereal flavors, or as a snack on the go. No matter how you eat it, our newest flavor brings better, wholesome ingredients, light and crispy texture, and warm familiar flavors to fuel you in the morning or during the day.”
Delivering 4 g of fiber and 22 g of whole grains per serving, the cereal comes in a homemade waffle-inspired shape, the company said.

Consumers can find Kashi’s Maple Waffle Crisp cereal at select retailers nationwide including Kroger, Albertsons, Safeway, Walmart, Ahold and Publix.
