La Roche-Posay adds face, body wash to Lipikar portfolio

La Roche Posay’s Lipikar line, which features a range of products for dry, extra dry and eczema-prone skin, is welcoming a new addition.

Lipikar Wash AP+, the latest addition to the line, is a gentle foaming moisturizing body and face wash that has been formulated with ingredients that have been backed by clinical testing, the company said.

Featuring a non-stripping formula that gently cleanses the skin, the wash also aims to alleviate dryness with 24-hour hydration, and contains such ingredients as shea butter, glycerin, niacinamide and the brand’s own prebiotic thermal water, which helps protect skin against the drying effects of water.

In addition, the Lipikar Wash AP+ also is allergy tested, free of fragrances and soap, dermatologist-tested, safe for sensitive skin and does not contain parabens, or comedogenics, the company said.

Recognized by the National Eczema Association with its seal of acceptance, La Roche-Posay’s Lipikar Wash AP+ retails for $14.99 and cane found at such select retailers as CVS Pharmacy and Ulta Beauty, and online at LaRoche-Posay.US, Amazon.com, LovelySkin.com, Dermstore.com, Skinstore.com and Skincarex.com.
