Mars kick-starts Halloween season by previewing seasonal launches

Halloween is still a few months away, but Mars is getting into the spirit of spooky season a little early this year by releasing seasonal sweets form its Snickers, Twix and M&M’s brands.

“As an authority on Halloween, Mars is committed to inspiring moments of everyday happiness for our fans — and that includes delivering our classic treats with a seasonal twist,” said Tim LeBel, president of sales and chief Halloween officer at Mars Wrigley. “From the candy dish to trick-or-treating, we have no doubt fans will delight in Mars’ seasonal offerings as we look forward to another fantastic Halloween season.”

The Snickers Fun Size Ghoulish Green Bars feature a ghoulish green nougat filling, the Twix Fun Size Ghoulish Green Bars contain a ghoulish green cookie, and the M&M’s Mad Scientist Mix houses a combination of milk chocolate, peanut butter and peanut candies in one bag.

Snickers and Twix Fun Size Ghoulish Green Bars will come in 9.97-oz. bags and M&M’s Mad Scientist Mix will be available in 8-oz. bags beginning in late August.
