Murad wants to help users reduce the look of dark spots and hyperpigmentation on their skin.
To do just that, the beauty brand is launching its new Rapid Dark Spot Correcting Serum, which contains a hydroquinone-free formula that promotes cell surface turnover for brighter looking skin, the company said.
Formulated to work on a wide range of skin tones, the serum also contains a combination of antioxidants and soothing ingredients that aid in diminishing the look of pigmentation that can be caused by inflammation.
Other ingredients found in the serum include Murad’s patented resorcinol technology that reduces the intensity of dark spots and uneven skin tone; tranexamic acid that soothes, brightens and revives dull skin and even tones; and glycolic acid that exfoliates and removes dullness while also improving the skin’s texture.
Available for purchase at Murad.com, the Rapid Dark Spot Correcting Serum also can be found in store at Ulta Beauty and at Ulta.com beginning Nov. 29, as well as at Sephora on Dec. 1 for the suggested retail price of $72.
