  • Oral-B SmartSeries toothbrush with Bluetooth connectivity now on sale

    CINCINNATI — After making headlines with its debut at Mobile World Congress in February, the Oral-B interactive SmartSeries electric toothbrush with Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity is now on sale, Procter & Gamble has announced.

    The Oral-B SmartSeries with Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity is on sale in the United Kingdom after initial, limited quantities sold out.

    The SmartSeries 6000 with Bluetooth connectivity now is available at retailers including boots.com and Amazon.co.uk in the United Kingdom at the recommended retail price of £229.

  • Dum Dums introduces Hawaiian Punch flavors

    BRYAN, Ohio — Fans of Hawaiian punch will be able to get their fix in lollipop form this summer. Dum Dums announced Monday that it would be introducing two limited-edition Hawaiian Punch flavors, Fruit Juicy Red and Polar Blast.

    "Dum Dums is known for flavor variety and that brings an element of discovery to the brand experience," Spangler Candy Company's marketing director Evan Brock said. "Moms and kids will be excited to find these special flavors in their bags of Dum Dums this summer."

  • BJ's Wellsley Farm coffee gets K-Cup treatment

    WATERBURY, Vt. & WESTBOROUGH, Mass. — BJ's members will now be able to brew the wholesale chain's brand of coffee with their Keurig coffee makers.

    A new partnership is making BJ's Wellsley Farms coffee available as single-use K-Cups, the two companies announced Monday.

    PLAINSBORO, N.J. — Novo Nordisk on Thursday announced the launch of Levemir FlexTouch (insulin detemir [rDNA origin] injection), a prefilled insulin delivery mechanism providing a new way for diabetics to administer their insulin.

    The device is the first and only prefilled insulin delivery system without a push-button extension, which helps to eliminate delivery challenges for the patient, according to the company.
