Oikos is adding a twist to its traditional Greek yogurt by introducing the Oikos Blended Greek Nonfat Yogurt, which is creamy and contains a larger serving of fruit.
Blended with fresh milk sourced from family-owned farms, the yogurt is available in six flavors — strawberry, blueberry, peach, cherry, vanilla bean and anything but plain.
“Oikos has been delivering nutritious and delicious taste across our portfolio with disruptive high-protein innovations from Oikos Pro and Triple Zero,” said Surbhi Martin, vice president of Greek yogurt and functional nutrition at Danone North America. “With Oikos Blended, we will continue to challenge Greek category conventions with a new innovation loaded with more fruit, supported by an omnichannel ‘Forkable’ marketing campaign that is designed to let Greek yogurt fans to know it is okay to toss aside convention — and the spoon — when it comes to healthy snacking.”
Each serving of the yogurt contains 12 g to 16 g of protein, 6 g to 10 g of sugar and 90 to 100 calories, the company said.
Available in a 5.3-oz. size that retails for $1.29, a pack of four for $3.99 and a 32-oz. size of vanilla bean and anything but plain flavors for $5.99, consumers can find Oikos Blended Greek Nonfat Yogurt in the dairy aisle at retailers nationwide.
