Perfect, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics partner on personalized, virtual beauty consultations

Perfect is joining forces with Bobbi Brown Cosmetics to help beauty enthusiasts everywhere.

The two are partnering on personalized online beauty consultations, which feature an interactive augmented reality and artificial intelligence that allows users to receive customized product recommendations via a virtual try-on with Bobbi Brown makeup artists.

“We are thrilled to partner with the beloved beauty brand, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, for the launch of their interactive online beauty consultation,” Alice Chang, Perfect founder and CEO said. “As a brand, Bobbi Brown embraces the growing demand for online ‘shoppertainment’ experiences, so we were able to work together to create and deliver the most unique digital shopping experience possible for beauty lovers to access professional consultation anytime, anyplace.”

Created to mimic the one-on-one store experience, Bobbi Brown experts will be on hand to provide consumers with advice, virtual product try-on for the eyes, lips and face, as well as beauty tutorials and individualized product recommendations, the companies said.

Currently, the virtual try-on service is accessible via mobile devices at from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
