Post Consumer Brands supports nighttime habits via Sweet Dreams cereal

Post Consumer Brands wants to help consumers prioritize their sleep health in an interesting way.

New from the Lakeville, Minn.-based company is Sweet Dreams, a ready-to-eat cereal designed to be a part of healthy sleep routines while also satisfying nighttime food cravings.

Available in two flavors, the cereal contains such ingredients as whole grains, a nighttime herbal blend, vitamins and minerals, including zinc, folic acid and B vitamins to support melatonin production, the company said.

The available flavors include:

  • Blueberry Midnight: Made with natural blueberry, lavender and chamomile flavors; and
  • Honey Moonglow: Made with notes of honey, vanilla, lavender and chamomile.

Sweet Dreams cereal can be purchased in the cereal aisle of grocery stores nationwide.
