Sabra goes sweet with Dark Chocolate Dessert Dip & Spread

Although Sabra is best known for its hummus, the brand is taking a step in a much sweeter direction.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the brand is unveiling its new Dark Chocolate Dessert Dip & Spread , which can be used to dip such foods as strawberries, bananas, churros, graham crackers and pretzels, the company said.

“Valentine's Day is a celebration of romance and connections and we've learned that fifty four percent* of Americans believe that eating well is a top way to improve relationships,” Jason Levine, CMO of Sabra said. “To give Americans a start to healthy romance this Valentine's Day, we're thrilled to bring another exceptional product to market. We think you'll fall in love.”

Containing 80 calories per serving, Sabra’s dark chocolate dessert dip and spread is plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, kosher and made without genetically engineered ingredients, the company said.

In addition, the offering will be available year-round both online and at retailers nationwide.
