Sam’s Club is jump-starting the holiday shopping season with an omnichannel initiative called “Bring the Merry” that includes home wine delivery.

Sam’s Club members will receive member-only pricing and a 30 day free trial with their codeSpark Academy subscription.

The club retailer is piloting Scan & Ship, a new feature within the Scan & Go feature of its mobile app that allows shoppers to order products from the store to be shipped to their homes.

Walmart and Sam’s Club pharmacy account holders will be able to access a digital version of the COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the CDC.

In addition to building out its Scan & Go and curbside pickup offerings for customers, the Bentonville, Ark.-based club retailer has created a touchless health screening kiosk for its associates. 

Sam's Club will utilize DoorDash to deliver pharmaceuticals from more than 500 of its locations across 41 states.

Sam’s Club’s holiday plans include having store associates fulfill online orders and adding 2,000 full-time employees.
