Sephora, JCPenney to continue partnership

Sephora and JCPenney are continuing to work together.

The two companies announced that their long-standing partnership to operate Sephora inside JCPenney has been reaffirmed.

Both companies worked together to resolve outstanding legal matters, and agreed upon mutually beneficial revisions to their joint enterprise operating agreement, the retailers announced.

First launched in 2006, SiJCP is a beauty experience in select JCPenney stores that offers shoppers a curated selection of makeup, fragrances, skin and hair care brands. 

This new amendment to ongoing Sephora and JCPenney partnership remains consistent with their shared goals and committed continuation to expand and innovate SiJCP offerings in order to deliver beauty experiences consumers have come to expect from the concept in the future, the companies said.
