Sweet Loren’s is shaking up the cookie dough game with a new option that’s safe to eat when raw.
Featuring a formula that does not contain eggs and by using flours that are safe to eat when raw and unbaked, the product’s formula eliminates the risk of salmonella, the company said.
“We are focused on celebrating the goodness of cookie dough, crafted with only clean ingredients - better for people and the planet. We believe everyone — regardless of dietary restriction or lifestyle — deserves a delectable treat,” CEO and founder, Loren Brill said.
The pre-portioned cookie dough contains high-quality and clean ingredients, and also is certified gluten-free, certified vegan, Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher Pareve, and does not contain peanuts or tree nuts, the company said.
In addition to unveiling its new cookie dough formula, Sweet Loren’s also has updated its packaging with an updated logo and matte packaging that already has begun to roll out to retailers.
Shoppers can find Sweet Loren’s products at such retailers as Publix, Kroger and Whole Foods Market.
