Versed targets fine lines, undereye bags with eye balm

Versed wants to help users of its products reduce their fine lines and undereye bags.

To do this, the beauty brand is rolling out its latest skin care innovation — Smooth Landing Advanced Retinoid Eye Balm.

Made with black currant seed oil, vitamin E and shiitake mushroom extract, this buttery balm looks to take eye care to the next level with its more stable and less irritating retinoid, which helps refine texture and tone while also reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

In addition, the balm, which melts onto the skin, looks to firm and restore bounce to the undereye area, and even reduce the appearance of crow’s feet, the company said.

Designed to be used every evening after applying serums and before using facial moisturizer or oil, the eye balm is made with 47% post-consumer recycled plastic.

Retailing for $17.99, Versed’s Smooth Landing Advanced Retinoid Eye Balm is available for pre-sale at versedskin.com. Consumers can purchase the product beginning Jan. 13, and it will be hitting Target shelves on Jan. 30.
