Zesty Paws tackles pet health with new Healthy Aging line
Zesty Paws, in collaboration with ChromaDex, is entering the pet longevity category with the debut of a new supplement line for dogs.
The Healthy Aging NAD+ Precursor collection, which features ChromaDex’s Niagen cellular health ingredient, aims to help promote metabolic health and cellular energy and repair for dogs, the companies said.

NAD+, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is an enzyme that plays a role in cellular processes, including mitochondrial function, cellular energy production and DNA repair. The line’s key ingredient, Niagen, is formulated to help support the regeneration of NAD+ levels in dogs, the companies said.

The Healthy Aging NAD+ Precursor pack from Zesty Paws, available on Chewy, includes one bottle of 60 capsules of Niagen and one jar of the brand's bacon-flavored Pill Wrap Probiotic Paste.

The Healthy Aging line will expand in early 2024 with additional distribution and the launch of a powdered format.
