BIC’s unisex line caters to personal grooming concerns

BIC is looking to target both the personal grooming needs of men and women with a brand-new collection.

Us. is a unisex line of grooming products for men and women that consists of razors, shave cream, body lotion and face lotion.

“Consumers want an excellent shave at an incredible price, and we can confidently say Us. delivers,” Mary Fox, the general manager of BIC North America said. “We listened to consumers, developing a high-quality, inclusive product for head-to-toe grooming that both men and women will love. The result is Us., a unisex personal care brand available at many fantastic retail partners and already receiving rave reviews from consumers!”

Razors found in the collection deliver an ultra-close, smooth and comfortable shave thanks to its five high-quality and flexible blades that were designed to glide over the contours of heads, shoulders, knees, toes and everything in between, the company said.

In addition, each razor also contains an edging blade for precision in shaving hard-to-reach areas, as well as aloe and vitamin E infused lubrication strips for less irritation.

Available in such colors as teal, white, navy or silver, the Us. Razor starter kit features two replacement heads that retail for $9 at Dollar General.

An exclusive pack with two handles and 14 refills will be available on Walmart.com for $29.99 later in June.

On the other hand, the shaving cream, which allows for close and comfortable shaves, contains aloe to help moisturize and nourish skin, as well as vitamin E to help protect against irritation. It currently retails for $7.49 at Walmart.com and select retailers.

The body lotion provides users with moisturized skin without leaving a wet or greasy feeling behind and retails for $7.49. While the face lotion is lightweight, oil-free and helps minimize pores and control shine, and retails for $8.49.

All of the Us. Grooming products are free of sulfates, alcohol and dyes, and are available for purchase at Dollar General stores across the nation. The line will debut at a later date on Walmart.com and regionally at H-E-B and Giant Eagle stores.
