CeraVe’s acne range is expanding.

The brand is catering to those with acne-prone skin by launching not one, but two new innovations — Acne Control Cleanser and Acne Control Gel.

Developed with the aid of dermatologists, these new launches are formulated with 2% salicylic acid to help clear and prevent acne where it starts, while also restoring the skin’s natural barrier with three essential ceramides.

The Acne Control Cleanser was designed to treat existing acne and prevent new breakouts. Featuring 2% salicylic acid to cleanse, exfoliate dead skin cells, and unclog pores to reduce blackheads. In addition to containing ceramides, this gel to foam cleanser also contains an oil-absorbing technology and niacinamide to calm skin.

On the other hand, the Acne Control Gel is a full-face hydrating acne treatment that also contains 2% salicylic acid, as well as AHAs and glycolic and lactic acids to clear acne and prevent new breakouts. Containing a lightweight texture, the gel gently exfoliates the skin, minimizes the appearance of pores and improves skin texture. Free of alcohol, the gel is formulated with niacinamide to calm skin, has three essential ceramides to restore the skin’s natural barrier and the brand’s patented MVE technology to deliver hydration.
