Chicken of the Sea is launching three new seasoned tuna packets that can be taken on the go.

The new launches include:

  • McCormick Lemon Garlic: A wild-caught tuna that comes in a single-serve packet, contains 14 g of lean protein, 70 calories, and features a blend of lemon and garlic flavors;
  • Thai Kitchen Sweet and Spicy: This flavor contains 15 g of protein and 90 calories and is seasoned with a sweet and spicy blend of red chili; and
  • McCormick Dill Tuna Salad: This flavor features a blend of dill flavors and has 11 g of protein and 70 calories.

“We know consumers are looking for delicious, healthy, convenient food options to keep their busy lifestyles fueled,” says Griffin Raasch, director of marketing at Chicken of the Sea. “Partnering with McCormick to incorporate their mouthwatering flavors with our wild caught, protein-packed tuna in on-the-go packets is the perfect combination. These new, versatile packets will help to provide fans with the taste they crave and nutrients they need to live a happier, healthier life.”

In addition, the brand also is launching Light Tuna and Salon packets, that clock in at 100 calories or less, the company said.

Flavors consumers should be on the lookout for include:

  • Light Tuna in Spring Water: Light tuna contains 17 g of protein and 70 calories and comes in spring water that is MSC certified;
  • Maple Smokehouse: This flavor is made with wild Alaskan pink salmon and contains 100 calories and 16 g of lean protein; and
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning: This wild-caught Alaskan pink salmon contains the flavors of an everything bagel and features 13 g of protein and 70 calories.

Consumers can find Chicken of the Sea’s new launches rolling out to national retailers throughout October.
