Cleveland Kitchen’s line of fermented dressings and marinades are hitting Whole Foods Market shelves.

Known for its fresh, unpasteurized and probiotic sauerkraut — Cleveland Kraut — the brand took the classic flavors of sauerkraut and transformed them into dressings, the company said.

“We couldn't be more excited to be partnering with Whole Foods Market, along with other retailers, to get these delicious, creamy, fermented dressings and marinades out to consumers across America,” Drew Anderson, co-founder and CEO of Cleveland Kitchen, said. “With these dressings and marinades, we created a nonintimidating entry point into fermented food that is bright and inviting to illustrate the health benefits that can come from regularly consuming fermented products.”

Product launches from the brand include:

  • Hail Caesar, a naturally fermented dressing that is full of fresh herbs, basil and thyme;
  • Sweet Beet, a creamy dressing that pairs well with walnuts and goat cheese. It features a bright color, fermented beets, and a sweet and tangy taste;
  • Roasted Garlic, both a dressing and marinade that contains fermented garlic and black pepper; and
  • Gnarly Miso Jalapeño, also both a dressing and marinade that features fermented cabbage, green peppers, jalapeño and miso.

Each of the dressings and marinades will retail for $5.99 at Whole Foods Market nationwide.
