Eos is tackling the importance of lip care when it comes to interpersonal relationships with its latest campaign.
The “Second First Kiss” initiative from the beauty brand, which highlights its 100% Natural and Organic Lip Care, brought back together three former couples after years apart for a chance to redo their first kiss.
“First kiss stories are so cringe and yet so relatable. Our team laugh-cried while sharing
memories, from launching at someone in a bounce house to accidentally kissing the wrong
twin,” said Soyoung Kang, CMO at eos. “Mine was while watching ‘The Shining’, which says it
all. At least we can always rely on eos lip balm, keeping our lips smooth since before we knew
how to use them.”
According to research gathered from eos, healthy lips and kissing go hand in hand, with 63% of respondents admitting to using lip balm before or after a kiss, 69% shared their daily use of lip balm and 74% agreed that soft and smooth lips are important for a good kiss.
Made for sensitive skin and featuring such ingredients as coconut oil, shea butter, jojoba oil and protective antioxidants, eos’ lip care products are available at a variety of retailers nationwide.
As part of the campaign, the brand will air several spots on television, online video and paid social media, where TikTok creators will share additional details about their awkward, romantic and weird first kisses.
