Manic Panic adds blacklight reactive, highlighter pink shade

There’s a new, bright addition to the Manic Panic family.

The beauty brand has added a new shade to its High Voltage Semi-Permanent Hair Color Creams collection — electric pink pussycat.

Featuring a vegan and cruelty-free formula, the new addition is a blacklight-reactive, highlighter pink shade that comes ready to use and conditions hair.

In addition, like other Manic Panic products, electric pink pussycat is free of parabens, gluten, ammonia, resorcinol, PPD and phthalates, the company said.

Shoppers can find the shade, which retails for $13.99, exclusively at HotTopic.com and on the Manic Panic website on Jan. 27.
