Murad’s Daily Clarifying Peel aims to smooth skin texture

Murad’s Acne Control collection is welcoming a brand-new product addition.

The Daily Clarifying Peel is the latest launch from the brand, which is a nightly peel that aims to smoothen skin texture, as well as improve the look of pores.

Featuring an alcohol-free formula, the peel contains such ingredients as glycolic acid to remove dull surface cells in order to smooth and clarify, salicylic acid to exfoliate and minimize the look of pores, retinoid to improve surface cells turnover to refine and smooth skin’s texture, and avocado extract to balance skin and reduce shine.

In addition to containing acids to clarify pores and improve surface turnover for smoother skin, the peel also contains hydrators to prevent dryness and promote skin balance, the company said.

Made without the use of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, gluten or any animal-derived ingredients, the product also does not contain mineral oil, formaldehyde, oxybenzone and petrolatum.

Murad’s Daily Clarifying Peel is currently available for purchase online at Murad.com for the suggested retail price of $39.

The product will be available online and in-store at such retailers as Sephora and Ulta Beauty beginning August 8.
