    CINCINNATI — Procter & Gamble has introduced its Pantene Expert Collection, which addresses the needs of both aging hair and extreme hair damage.

  • Hood expands eggnog lineup with new caramel flavor

    LYNNFIELD, Mass. — Hood is set to launch a limited-edition eggnog flavor in time for the holiday season.

    New Hood caramel eggnog joins the lineup of eggnog flavors that includes golden, light, vanilla, cinnamon, pumpkin and sugar cookie. The company said that "consumers will be drawn to the familiarity and comfort that the flavor provides," making the new eggnog "an excellent addition to holiday gatherings." Hood products are sold at retailers nationwide.

    SOUTH DEERFIELD, Mass. — Yankee Candle has announced the launch of three new fragrances for the holidays.

    New Peppermint bark, pine cone and lime, and Red Velvet scents are inspired by nostalgic family recipes, the company said.

  • PDX, Emdeon sign patient medication history deal

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Two companies have signed a deal to provide access to real-time medication history to healthcare providers.

    Pharmacy management services provider PDX and healthcare revenue and payment cycle management and clinical information exchange services provider Emdeon announced the deal Monday, whereby medication history will be delivered from PDX's Electronic Pharmacy Record to Emdeon's Clinical Exchange and then to hospitals, providers, health information exchanges, nursing facilities and ambulatory and acute inpatient facilities that request it.

  • AquaHydrate shows off new look

    LOS ANGELES — AquaHydrate has unveiled a new look as part of the company's rebranding campaign.

    AquaHydrate now touts a new logo, a 500-mL bottle and a new 700-mL sport-top bottle to complement its existing 1-L container. The company said the makeover is in an effort to expand its marketing focus "from elite athletes to a broader swath of active, health-conscious consumers."
