Sally Beauty’s bondbar collection expands with hair color, treatments
Sally Beauty’s bondbar product line is expanding with a new category launch.
The latest additions to the collection include permanent hair color shades that have been designed with built-in bond repair.
In addition, the brand also is debuting four new bonding products—a shampoo and three styling products.
Bondbar’s Bonding Permanent Hair Color is a full shade range of hair color that comes in 30 natural shades, has been formulated to aid in strengthening, conditioning and repairing hair fibers while also reinforcing bonds and providing gray coverage, the company said.

“Our goal with the extension of the bondbar line is to merge our long-standing leadership in the color category with our innovative bondbar technology to support overall hair health. The at-home hair color category needs products that offer these combined benefits. We are excited to introduce bondbar Permanent Hair Color to provide our shoppers with the latest bonding technology that also helps maintain healthy, vibrant color at an affordable price point,” said Maryann Herskowitz, group vice president of merchandising at Sally Beauty.
Additional new launches from the line include:
- Bonding Blue Shampoo: A blue shampoo that contains bonding technology to aid in neutralizing brassiness after use and brighten brunette hair while hydrating the roots and ends;
- Bonding Detangling Spray: Created to help in detangling wet hair, it also aims to nourish tresses and reduce breakage;
- Bonding Leave-In Conditioner: A leave-in conditioner with a lightweight formula that adds volume to hair, while also helping tame frizz and smooth tresses; and
- Bonding Curl Cream: A curl cream that nourishes hair and seals in moisture to help define the shape of curls with bounce, softness and shine.
