Sally Hansen, Illumination celebrate ‘Despicable Me 4’ release with nail collection
Illumination’s “Despicable Me 4” hits theaters on July 3, and Sally Hansen is bringing the film’s characters to the nail aisle with its new collection.
The Sally Hansen x Illumination’s Despicable Me 4 line features a range of quick-dry polishes and press-on nails inspired by the movie’s characters.

The characters from the film have brought so much joy to audiences around the world and we’re excited to become a part of the experience. With our vibrant range of polishes and press ons, we hope this new collection will help everyone Minion-ize their manicure,” said Stefano Curti, chief brands officer of Coty Consumer Beauty.

The collection includes the following products:
- Danger Mode: Available in a red crème finish;
- Girls Just Wanna Have Crime: A bronzy orange metallic shade;
- Sweet Villainy: An orchid crème finish;
- It’s Chet: A pink crème color;
- Hella Yella: A yellow crème hue;
- Gogglicious: A black, yellow, white and hex-shaped glitter polish;
- Deeply Despicable: A black pearl finish;
- Blue All Over: A demi-matte pearl shade;
- Maxime Metallic: A teal with a gold geometric finish; and
- Going Mega: A gold metallic hue.

On the other hand, the Salon Effects Perfect Manicure line comes in two options that include:
- One in a Minion: Press-on nails that come in blue and yellow oval shapes with checkerboard accents; and
- Expertly Villainous: White almond press-on nails with hearts, stars and bunnies.
In addition, the line comes in special-edition packaging that displays the film’s Minions characters on the bottle caps and packaging.
The Sally Hansen x Illumination’s Despicable Me 4 collection is available at Walgreens and can be found at other mass-market merchandisers, food and e-commerce retailers beginning July 1.
