Scent Beauty is working with legendary artist Cher on a collection of fragrances
Decades, which features four signature scents that capture an aura of a particular decade, comes in packaging designs inspired by the singer’s own singular fashions, the company said.

“First of all, I’m astonished that I have been famous for 60 years. When I started everything was changing, and just like music, art and clothing, perfume also changed,” Cher said. These scents represent those decades for me. There was electricity in the air and life smelled like excitement.”
Fragrances in the line include:
- The ’60s: Made to channel the nostalgia of the peace and love era, it features a mix of chypre flora with notes of bergamot, rose damascene and patchouli;
- The ’70s: Representing disco bling and utopian times, it has an amber, woody incense scent with cardamom, saffron and musks;
- The ’80s: Created to exude goth punk vibes, it features a floral fruity scent with notes of mandarin, honeysuckle and tonka bean; and
- The ’90s: Made to represent grunge and pop escapism, it contains a floral scent with notes of peach nectar, heliotrope and sandalwood.

Cher Decades Eau de Parfums will launch in stores and online at Walmart in October for the suggested retail price of $29.99.
