ShineWater’s ready-to-drink hydrating beverages, which contain 100% of the daily recommended dose of vitamin D, are expanding their distribution.

The company announced that it recently reached an agreement with Anheuser-Busch’s network of wholly owned distributors, AB One, to expand its availability throughout the west coast, northeast and Oklahoma.

“Partnering with AB One is the result of a long and sustained growth campaign coming to fruition, a testament to the determination of a brand with very humble beginnings and very big dreams,” Larry Long, the chief operating officer at ShineWater said. “ShineWater’s expansion is far from an overnight success. Each business decision has been strategically curated to promote viable growth and increase velocity by meeting evolving consumer needs with an ingredient-first focused product, and this is the next step in that ongoing journey.”

Consumers sit at the center of everything we do at Anheuser-Busch. Meeting their changing needs is why we’re focused on expanding and innovating within our beyond beer portfolio,” Scott King, vice president of marketplace, AB One at Anheuser-Busch said. “We’re excited to work with the team at ShineWater and look forward to adding their impressive lineup of products to our distribution network.”

Through this partnership with the wholly owned distributors, the brand will be able to pillow new customer propositions, innovative technology ideas and route-to-market approaches, the company said.

“When we reformulated, rebranded and relocated last year, it was our goal to set an industry-wide example for delivering what consumers are looking for in a ready-to-drink hydration beverage,” Ryan Coon, the chief marketing officer at ShineWater said. “The moment retailers and consumers learned that ShineWater provides 100% of the vitamin D they need in their daily lives, the response was overwhelming, and within months our six flavors were leading total sales of all emerging brands in our category. ShineWater’s new partnership with AB One will allow us to deliver Sunshine in a Bottle to people in more markets, making a positive impact on many lives.”

Formulated with 0 g of sugar and vitamin D, ShineWater’s beverages also contain electrolytes and minerals and are available in six varieties — strawberry lemon, mixed berry acai, peach mango, kiwi cucumber, coconut lime and pomegranate grape.
